Scaffolding for teachers: Managing Progressive Inquiry possible--V2

Here is an improved version of a process to make practical a scientific-inquiry-based unit in science class.  Please add comments or thoughts at the bottom of this post.

    --Key to stage is generate questions and engage in context, this shown?
    --Bold critical words.
    --have iterative process where, before a research team can move up the steps of the right side of the Vee they need to have 3 peers review. This will make it more likely that if a group gets bad data eg don't perform method precisely, they won't keep going along with graphs, results and KC.
    --give examples of TQ's and RQ's
